Ring Sizing
{ Ring Sizing }
I am able to make all my rings in quarter, half, and full sizes. If you don't see your size listed, please send me an email at hello@belindasaville.com and I will happily set up a reserved listing just for you! Alternatively, just leave me a note at checkout with your ring size.
If you are unsure of your ring size, I highly recommend popping in to see your local jewellery store to be properly sized before placing your order. This is the most accurate way of finding out your ring size, and ensures that I will make your ring in the correct size.
I also have Multisizer ring sizers available for purchase in my shop here: http://www.belindasaville.com/products/multisizer-plastic-ring-sizer These sizers work just like a belt buckle, and are also a great option for finding out your ring size.
{ International Ring Sizing }
For convenience (my own, that is!), I have only listed US ring sizes in the made-to-order listings. If you know your ring size in a sizing system from a different country (ie. Australian, Asian, etc), you can either leave a note at checkout with your known size, or you can send me an email at hello@belindasaville.com and I will set up a reserved listing just for you. Either way, I will ensure that your ring is made in the correct size!
{ Ring Resizing }
If you have ordered the incorrect ring size and need to return your ring to me for resizing, please contact me FIRST via email at hello@belindasaville.com before posting your ring back.
Please note that some rings are unable to be easily resized if they contain gemstones. Each resizing job needs to be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
I charge a fee of $20.00 for standard resizing jobs, and the customer is responsible for the payment of shipping costs to me, and also the return postage once their ring is resized.
If the resizing is not a standard job and requires the removal and subsequent re-setting of gemstones, I charge a $20 resizing fee PLUS my time at $20.00 per hour. The customer is also responsible for the payment of shipping costs to me, and also the return postage once their ring is resized.
I can't stress enough that it is always best to find out your ring size accurately before I start working on your beautiful ring!!!
