I want you to be head over heels in love with your jewellery!
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please send me a message within 48 hours of receipt, so that we can come to a mutually agreeable solution.
I will happily refund the cost of the item after it has been returned to me UNWORN and in it's original condition and packaging, however please be aware that the customer is responsible for shipping. I do not refund shipping costs.
I do not accept refunds on custom orders due to the time and resources that go into this service. Thank you for understanding.
I take every care when I package your jewellery, however should it arrive damaged, please let me know within 24 hours of receipt.

All international parcels are sent via Australia Post regular Air Mail. Please be aware that this service has NO TRACKING and NO INSURANCE.
>> Upgrade to Registered Post for an additional cost. This option will require that you sign for your parcel when it arrives, and provides cover of up to $100
>> A Pack & Track service is also available for an additional $10.00. This option allows you end-to-end tracking on the Australia Post website (you will be able to see when your parcel has been sent, and when it has been delivered). This service is only available to certain countries, so please contact me at email@example.com if you are interested in this option.
>> EMS Express Courier is available for around $50-$60 to most destinations worldwide and it will arrive within approx 3-5 business days. Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in this option.
:: LOST PARCELS ::
Australia Post offers a very reliable delivery service and for the thousands of parcels I have sent around the world over the past three years, I have only ever had one go missing. Please be aware that once a parcel leaves my hands, there is nothing I can do to speed up the delivery.

I don't consider a parcel to be lost until SIX WEEKS have passed from the date your parcel was posted. After this time, I will either refund you the purchase price or remake and resend your jewellery (if possible).
